Professionally, I left the security of corporate America to start the business I always dreamed of. As the founder and head coach of Coach My Life, I feel like I am finally doing what I love to do: helping clients to achieve their goals, dreams, and get the results they desire through consistent action and self discovery!

Professional Training from the most highly regarded coaching school, The Coaches Training Institute. As a C.T.I. trained and certified life coach, I bring to the table the training, skills, and competency to facilitate your personal development and/or professional growth.

Diverse Career Experience ranging from work in the insurance industry for a Fortune 100 company, operations management consulting in the food, vitamin, and plastic injection moulding industries, as well as customer service consulting in the banking industry, running a small business with revenues of $2 million and 40 employees, and volunteer experience as an elected city councilor. I am well versed in increasing bottom line profit, cost control, training implementation, and people development.

Educational Foundation in Business Administration, Operations Management, Psychology and the Certification in Professional Co-active Coaching.

Professional Membership with the International Coaches Federation, The Coaches Training Institute, and the New Haven Chamber of Commerce

My Belief that we can all pursue our dreams and goals and in the process grow, and live a fulfilling balanced life where we contribute to our own success as well as the success of our family, work environment and our community.

Personally, I’m very happily married to Autumn, the super woman of my life. She’s stunningly ambitious, a world traveler, and the creative talent behind this web-site.

As for favorite hobbies, traveling and swing and ballroom dancing top the list. This past year I was fortunate enough to vacation in Switzerland, Peru and Italy!
